Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 16 May 2026
LANOBI is committed to making lanobi.eu accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) which became applicable on 28 June 2025.
1. Our commitment
We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as the technical reference for accessibility. We treat accessibility as an ongoing improvement, not a one-off project.
2. What we do
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings and landmarks.
- Alternative text for product and editorial images.
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background.
- Keyboard navigation for menu, cart, checkout and product pages.
- Forms with visible labels and error messages.
- Responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels.
3. Known limitations
Some content may not be fully accessible yet, in particular:
- third-party widgets (payment iframes, embedded media, chat) which we do not directly control;
- older product images without alternative text, which we are progressively updating;
- video content without captions, which we are gradually integrating.
4. Feedback and contact
If you encounter a barrier on our site, or need information provided in an accessible alternative format, please contact us at web@lanobi.eu. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
5. Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can submit a complaint to the competent national accessibility authority. In Italy, this is AgID — Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale: agid.gov.it.
