Product Safety (GPSR)

This page is published in accordance with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR), in force since 13 December 2024.

1. Responsible economic operator in the EU

2. Product information

For each product we provide on its product page:

  • a clear description and category;
  • materials and composition (where applicable);
  • care, handling and storage instructions;
  • warnings, safety information and age restrictions (where applicable);
  • batch / SKU reference for traceability.

3. Reporting a safety concern

If you believe a product purchased from us could pose a safety risk, please stop using it and contact us immediately at web@lanobi.eu, including:

  • your order number;
  • the product name and SKU;
  • a description and photos of the issue.

We will investigate, reply within 5 business days, and — where appropriate — offer a repair, replacement or refund and inform the competent authorities.

4. Recalls

If we issue a recall or safety notice for a product, we will publish it on this page and contact affected customers by email using the contact details associated with their order.

5. Competent authority

In Italy, the competent market surveillance authority is the Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy (MIMIT) — mimit.gov.it. EU-wide alerts are published on the Safety Gate portal.
