Shipping & delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days. Delivery times vary by destination; tracking is sent by email once your parcel leaves our studio. Duties and taxes for orders outside the EU are calculated at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
Full-price pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with all tags attached. Archive Sale pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To start a return, contact care@lanobi.eu.
Sizing & fit
Our garments are cut true to size with a considered, relaxed silhouette. For detailed measurements, see our Size Guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a closer fit.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as common digital wallets. Payments are processed securely; your card details are never stored on our servers.
Archive Sale
The Archive Sale offers selected past-season pieces at -50%, with leather biker jackets at -30%. Quantities are limited to existing stock. All Archive Sale orders are final sale.
